Purchase of Residential Property with B, C or D Lender $1100+GST + Disbursements* Example: Computershare Trust Company lenders such as Strive Capital, B2B bank, Equitable bank etc.
Purchase of Residential Property with Private Lender $1250+GST + Disbursements* we do not represent the lender on private lending files.
Sale of Residential Property with 1 Mortgage Discharge $750+GST + Disbursements* $50+GST for each additional Mortgage Discharge

Disbursements - Expenses that we incur on your file for us to complete your transaction such as the land titles registration fee, searches, fax, copies, scans, courier etc.
